A Note From Karen
Saying Hello to ’09:

I’ve had to re-acquaint myself with tried and true constants and treasured principles that hold true for all of us whether we are going through a cyclical change or one that is structural…or both at the same time as most of us are now. more...

Feature - Motion is Momentum
Get your motor runnin'
Head out on the highway
Lookin' for adventure

It can be as rewarding and even more energizing than meditation—combined these practices provide a way to ensure we stay in motion -- gaining momentum when everything else seems to be stuck in neutral. more...
