A Note From Karen

Saying Hello to ’09:

Welcoming the New Year comes with mixed emotions knowing that it’s going to get more intense. Breakdowns both small and large will continue to shadow us. I know first hand, as most of you do, that change is the only constant we can count on.

I’ve had to re-acquaint myself with tried and true constants and treasured principles that hold true for all of us whether we are going through a cyclical change or one that is structural…or both at the same time as most of us are now. more...

Feature - Motion is Momentum

Get your motor runnin'
Head out on the highway
Lookin' for adventure
And whatever comes our way

Take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once
And explode into space

For years I’ve facilitated Great Ecstasy™ groups incorporating “ecstatic dance movement” into my in-person work. Getting down always works like a charm to shift perspective and reveal something new or that which has been hidden. Moving out of our heads and into our body is invaluable in times like these. It can be as rewarding and even more energizing than meditation—combined these practices provide a way to ensure we stay in motion -- gaining momentum when everything else seems to be stuck in neutral. more...
