A Note From Karen
My dear friend Pamela and I were chatting about what we wanted for this New Year and how to bring our greatness to the fore. Each of us noting how life is getting longer, but that time keeps speeding up. Although we both want a secure future, we know worrying about it only means wanting more and never having enough.

But we agreed that the good part of realizing that in 20 or 30 years we and our husbands will be entering our 70's, 80's or 90's, is that we don't have time to waste sweating the small stuff.

Like Lemmings going over the cliff in droves, each of us starts the New Year with great resolutions. Me included.:) But few of us take the time to set our grand intentions for our future. Not surprising, since most of us have a hard time seeing the future when the present is pushing us forward at breakneck speed. With time seemingly slipping through our hands, we act hastily making choices on-the-run in hopes of satisfying our unrelenting Inner TyrantsTM shouting "I want it. I want it NOW!"

Yet taking the time to fast-forward, or what I call Future ForwardingTM gives you the perspective needed to focus on your most meaningful - even profound - goals of your life. Only then will you have created the opportunity for a great leap forward for yourself, your business, your loved ones and y(our) world.
