I offer customized life, mid-career, retirement and business coaching in a number of different formats, so you can choose what’s best and most appropriate for you. However, no matter which option, together we will design your blueprint for success, balance and longevity.

My retainer fee packages offer the freedom to allocate session time as it best suits your immediate needs throughout the month. I also offer group coaching formats and customized coaching programs for on and off-site.

I work virtually with the majority of my clients. Telecoaching with email support provides the best of all worlds: convenience, accessibility and privacy from your home office, your executive suite or from the road… and flexible packages to match your work and lifestyle.

Some clients prefer a mix of both virtual and face-to-face time together. Your choice.

In addition, I offer you options for change of place. Meet in my convenient urban office in Manhattan, at my relaxing country venue in Connecticut, or on-site at your office.
